  3. Hello Eric,
    We have been seeing your videos on CRM'S. Appreciated.
    However, please do mention the customer support for all of those so the market can know what to buy.

    For instance, we had to deal with Zoho and believe me, their customer support is probably the worst we ever had to deal with! Check out their Twitter page and you will see what I mean. Customers are sick and tired of their support! Absolutely Zero service!!

    They even charge on for "Premium Support" additionally and the "Premium Support" is not even functional. Had to file consumer complaint legally in order to get the money back and not mention the time wasted!!

  4. this video is illuminative and good to see that you have ranked Zoho as #2 CRM. I have seen a bit of how Zoho and selsforce crm works. and personally speaking mighty salesforce has lots of upsides for 3rd party integration and there are also a downsides of it. for instance if your are using salesforce it is difficult to maintain the versions of salesforce CRM as well as it's integrated applications, and most important I believe is salesforce is more complex for users and of course price of it also matters. while Zoho CRM is also growing significantly and Zoho has many other appliations that fulfil users needs. and it is easier to use the some applications of Zoho as per the needs then comparing to salesforce, using 1 platform for your needs.

    Great work here I assume you & your team has done lots of researching in making this video. Though I was looking for the answer of what feature a best CRM should have? or perhaps what makes a software a CRM.? may be you can make a video on this one as well. Though thank you. 🙂

  5. u guys missed one of the biggest crm platforms coming, Equiptcrm WAAAAY BETTER THAN ALL 10 of those. I tried 5 / 10 of those crm and all was garbage with useless things we dont need as contractors. I'd recommend equipt if ur looking for a ready to go system

  6. As always, I enjoyed your video. I would like to differ on Hubspot info. In my opinion, Quality is the key. We won’t be changing our CRM provider every now and then. Of all the top 7 CRM service providers, for a small to mid-size company, I found HubSpot https://hubs.to/3lNV8Z as the best and the second-best is Zoho https://go.zoho.com/DvX . The best part is its ability to scale up effortlessly. Neither customers nor employees appreciate big changes. You can transform without any change in user discomfort.

  8. I enjoyed this video as I have many of your videos. I am currently in the process of evaluating bot Hubspot and Zoho and it seems as though the Hubspot info in this video is out of date. Hubspot does have a free version but, if you want anything but basic functionality it is anything but free. Their professional version is $450 per month for 5 users. Having said that the professional version has many of the same features as Zoho. By the time you add in marketing and helpdesk, Hubspot is over $1,000 per month for 5 users. I am very impressed with both but am struggling to justify the cost of Hubspot. Their Sales Rep has lead me to believe that they have had these features for years but seeing as your video is only six months old, I suspect that their current offering is a very new version.
