  1. honestly this workout is a life saver for me. I used to do a 3 week weight loss program but it ended up being ineffective even tho I tried eating healthily and kept up with it. So I gave up on that one in the end and started a few other workouts which I had done in the past and they were kinda effective. One of the next days I added this workout to my routine and the next day I had lost almost 1kg. it really works amazingly! I recommend it! it's also easy enough and short!

    Day 2: ✔ ,- A little bit easier than day 1
    Day 3: ✔ – Yes easier!! I need more! I am starting to lose weight
    Day 4: ✔ – I sweat a lot this time!
    Day 5: ❌ – I skipped becuz of realization that no matter what I'll do to my body, people will keep judging me.
