  1. altice/suddenlink is doing absolutely nothing for its customers! You cannot get past their automated system and if you leave a call back request it is hours if ever when you receive a return call. All of their walk-in stores are closed so you cannot return equipment to terminate service. I also was charged a 60.00 service call fee that I had canceled 2 days before they were scheduled to come to restore my internet service. Two unannounced price increases and accompanying loss of channels within the last 4 months. Altice /Optimum/Suddenlink is mute to its customers problems and complaints and unwilling or unable to resolve a customers issues. You can probably anticipate what my future plans for TV and Internet service WILL NOT include.

  2. The reason they are upping speeds to 25/3 is that is the FCC minimum speed for broadband. They want to be able to say they provide X number of people with broadband, and they can't if the poor have a lower speed.

  3. The reason they aren't cutting off people is that when money is tight, the first thing people stop payments to are non-essential like cable. They rather keep us connected and rack up debt until those unemployment and stimulus checks begin to roll into checking accounts. They aren't doing it from the kindness of their hearts.

  4. I’m with Comcast or Xfinity we are paying for unlimited data and 300 Mb per second and right now I am pulling down load of 32 Mb per second and 12 but normally I get over 300 down and 24 up. So I don’t believe Xfinity is doing what they’re supposed to they’re taking from one and giving it to another.
