  1. Pausing WiFi is the single worst idea I’ve ever seen. You can for one just go up and toggle WiFi on and off in your phone settings, but that’s irrelevant because YOU CAN JUST PUR YOUR PHONE DOWN. Why would you ever take the extra effort to turn your WiFi off then put your phone down? It does not make any sense at all. I hope I’m not alone in thinking this because this idea is terrible

  2. $120 a month for 40 mb download speed and 2.4 mb upload speed. This shit is a joke and you guys should be ashamed for the false advertisement. The "upgrade" was literally pointless. I don't recommend anyone wasting their time or money on this.

  3. the white light keeps blinking as if the wifi is on but it doesn’t let you connect to it restarting it doesn’t help at all so I don’t know what to do

I've been calling for almost 10 times I even went to the office, because the internet doesn't work, and the customer service agent on phone was just kept on saying the same thing, I followed every single step he told me but till now I don't have connection. It is just keep on blinking orange and blue. I don't get any help for the agent if I will send the technician I need to pay $100 that's ridiculous!

  5. one of the worst products in Canadian history this product is awful it never works get something else one of the worst products out there for Wi-Fi internet you have to download an app on your phone with Shaw and it won't work for days on end once you leave the room or home your kids cannot use the internet because your phone left the building one of the worst products I ever seen and then ever invented constantly having problems with this device make sure not to get this device in your home it does not set up in your home like this video does they failed to tell you that you need a Shaw account you have to build your passwords if your passwords are not properly put in it won't work

  6. It is such a crap!!! I went with the upgrade option (offered via email), ok, Internet/WiFi works, but landline phone service did not. And one of our favrite Internet Streaming Service does not work at all anymore! Rolling back all the upgrades with Cox and returning the hardware was a nightmare. They force you for an upgrade which is actually a downgrade at the end.
